I am a 5th generation Californian, born and raised on the Monterey Peninsula and have been a licensed Realtor in the Carmel area for over 25 years. I live in Carmel Valley with my wife and 2 beautiful children.
With approximately 1 billion in sales, I have been awarded top production awards every year since 1990 while working with Fox and Carskadon, Coldwell Banker, Sotheby's International Realty, and Keller Williams Realty.

I have also served as an expert witness for Real Estate Litigation and Arbitration.
Acted as a panel speaker for Coldwell Banker at the Top Producers National Convention on the subject of positioning and negotiating.
One of the four approved mediators for the Monterey County Board of Realtors and have successfully mediated dozens of disputes for the Monterey County Dispute and Resolution Center.
I was past director of real estate sales for Tehama, Monterra, Bernardus, and The Retreat at Carmel Valley Ranch.

I am passionate about Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, with a black belt in Karate, golf, and gardening. My favorite thing to do is play with my kids and wife.

As a licensed Realtor, I work daily with Doug Steiny. Married with 3 children. I have lived on the Monterey Peninsula for 25 years. Prior to having my children I worked in retail banking, taking time off to raise my family I came back into the work force after 10 years of being home.
I joined Old Republic Title Company in Carmel where I worked for 7 years. During that time I held two positions; one in the escrow division, which included drawing documents, signing clients, and performing extensive research into easements, liens, vesting, and title issues. The other as Business Development in charge of sales and marketing for Old Republic Title on the Monterey Peninsula. The knowledge I obtained in the title and escrow industry gives me a definate edge in being able to foresee and understand the issues and processes involved in real estate transactions.
In my free time I enjoy cooking, gardening, and most importantly spending time with my family.
